Tuna Salad

The Breakdown: 

Serving Size - 6-8 Sandwiches

  • Tuna - 4 cans, in water - no salt added
  • Vegan Mayonaise - 3 tbsp
  • Dijon Mustard - 1.5 tbsp
  • Celery Seed - 1 tbsp
  • Fresh Basil Leaves - 1/2 cup chopped
  • Green Onion - 3 chopped
  • Lemon - juice of 1/2
  • EVOO - 2 tbsp
  • S&P

 

How to: 

1. Drain the water from the cans of tuna and then pour drained tuna into large mixing bowl

2. Add mayo, dijon, celery seed, green onion and mix well

3. Pour in EVOO and lemon juice and mix again

4. Add chopped basil and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
