The Breakdown: 

Serving Size (4 bowls)

  • Corn - 1, 15 oz. can
  • Black Olives - 1, 15 oz. can
  • Roma Tomatoes - 2, diced
  • Red Onion - 1 medium, diced
  • Cucumber - 1, sliced
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Lemon - Juice of 1
  • Lime - Juice of 1
  • Agave - 2 tbsp.
  • Black Pepper - 1/8 tsp.
  • Sea Salt - 1/8 tsp.

 

How to: 

1. Add the corn, olives, tomatoes, onion and cucumber to a bowl and season with salt

2. Pour over the lemon, lime and agave and mix. Refrigerate for 20 minutes

3. Add avocado and black pepper and mix once more
