No-Bake Protein Bites (Vegan)

No-Bake Protein Bites (Vegan)

The Breakdown: 

Serving Size - 8-10 Bites

  • Old-Fashioned Oats - 1/2 cup
  • Chia Seeds - 1/2 cup
  • Banana - 1, ripe and mashed
  • All-Natural Peanut Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Cocoa Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Maple Syrup - 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla Extract - 1/8 tsp
  • Raw Shredded Coconut - 1/3 cup

Optional: 1/2 scoop of Chocolate or Vanilla Protein

 

How to: 

1. Add all ingredients with exception of coconut into a large bowl

2. Roll the mixture into golf-size balls and then roll into the shredded coconut

3. Chill for 10 minutes in the refrigerator and then enjoy!
