Mango Salsa

The Breakdown: 

Serving Size - 1 large bowl (serves about 8-10)

  • Mango - 1  medium, peeled and diced
  • Pineapple - 1/2 of one medium-sized pineapple, peeled and diced
  • Red Onion - 1 small, diced
  • Jalapeno - 1, diced (remove seeds to reduce heat)
  • Cilantro - 1/3 bunch, chopped
  • Lime - Juice of 1
  • Honey - 1/8 tsp
  • S&P

How to: 

1. In a large bowl add the mango, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro and sprinkle with dash of salt and pepper

2. Pour over the lime juice and honey and mix well

3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, mix again and then enjoy
