Cocao Chia Seed Pudding

The Breakdown: 

Serving Size - 1

  • Chia Seeds - 1/4 cup
  • Cocoa Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Cinnamon - 1/8 tsp
  • Unsweetened Milk - 3/4 cup
  • Maple Syrup - 1.5 tbsp
  • Bananas - 1, sliced
  • Raw Pistachios - 1/4 cup

 

How to: 

1. Pour the chia seeds into a jar or small container that has lid

2. Add the cocoa powder, cinnamon and mix well

3. Pour in the maple syrup and unsweetened milk an mix once more

4. Seal with lid and place in fridge for at least 4 hours

5. Top with sliced banana and pistachios
